The Epsom Fire and Rescue is a combination full-time/call department serving the town of Epsom, NH. It operates out of one station providing fire and ambulance protection.
The Epsom Fire Department is involved with the Capital Area Compact for mutual aide fire calls and Paramedic intercepts. The station is staffed Midnight - 6pm Monday-Thursday, 6am - 6pm Friday and Saturday with both firefighting and ALS coverage. Sundays are covered by part-time staff 8am - 5pm. The Department has 4 full-timers, a Captain FF/EMT-P, FF/EMT-I and 2 FF/EMT positions. There are 25 volunteers, with a mixture of fire and EMS providers.
Fire permits are needed to burn brush. Permits can be obtained from one of the Deputy Fire Wardens at the Epsom Fire Station between the hours of 8am - 6pm. Hour of burning are from 5pm - 9am. Please do not leave fires unattended.
