The Town Clerk is responsible for Vehicle Registrations, Dog Licenses, Elections, Vital Records, Wetland Permits, Telephone Pole Licenses. The Town Clerk also issues Dump Stickers. The Town Clerk is an elected position, with a three year term. Dawn Blackwell has served since April 6, 1998.
   
Important Note - As of April 1, 2008 vehicle registration renewal letters will no longer be sent. You MUST have your old registration in order to renew your vehicle. You can sign-up for email renewal notices.
   
As of November 8, 2010, you need to only write one check for your registrations.  Please make your check payable to the Town of Epsom.
You can also pay by credit or debit card.  Please note that Visa credit is not accepted for registrations, although Visa debit can be accepted.  A convenience fee of 2.85% is assessed to each credit card transaction.  A flat fee of $2.50 is assessed to each debit transaction.  This fee goes to the vendor to cover their costs for this service.  There is no charge to the Town of Epsom nor does the Town of Epsom receive any money for this service.

June 5th is the last day for voters already registered to change or declare a party affiliation.  Only undeclared voters may declare a party and vote on primary election day.  RSA 654:34
