Economic Revitalization Zones

Bartlett and Windymere Economic Revitalization Zones (ERZs)

The Economic Revitalization Zone (ERZ) program is enabled in the State of New Hampshire through NH RSA 162-N.  The program allows municipalities to establish certain zones in a community where a business can then seek a short-term credit on its New Hampshire Business Profits Tax if they make an investment in infrastructure or creates jobs.  The Bartlett and Windymere ERZs were approved in February 2018.
