PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE (Continued from 4/1/2020 Hearing): The Town of EPSOM PLANNING BOARD is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 7:00 PM regarding the topics below:

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 the Epsom Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a Non-Residential Site Plan, Tax Map U 08, Lot 89, Suncook Valley Road. The applicant proposes to install a Fuel Storage Facility and Office at the site.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 the Epsom Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a Lot Line Adjustment, Tax Map R 02, Lot 44-2 and Tax Map R 02, Lot 44-3, 35 Howard Lane. The applicant proposes to annex 0.42 acres of Lot 44-3 to Lot 44-2.  Lot 44-2 will have a new area of 4.26 acres with Lot 44-3 having a new area of 107.32 acres.  Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing; this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
