EPSOM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Epsom Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 30th 2016 in the Epsom Town Office Meeting Room located on 940 Suncook Valley Hwy (Circle Plaza) beginning at 7:00 PM to take testimony on the following appeal.
Case 2016-01 (McMillan, O’Neill – Variance) – Denise McMillan and Robert O’Neill III have applied for a variance to Article III, Section G [Residential Single and Multifamily Residence Requirements], Subsection 2 [Two Family Residences] to permit the continued use of a one bedroom apartment located above a detached two car garage. The ordinance requires that two family residences be attached. The property is located on 370 River Road within the Residential/Agricultural Zoning District and is identified on Epsom Tax Map as U-18, Lot 5, Sub-lot 2.
Public testimony will be considered in determining if sufficient evidence has been submitted to justify granting this zoning appeal.
Following the public hearing, the Board will transact any other business that may legally be brought before it.
