Attending: Marylou Keane (Chairman), Sarah Bennett, Herb Johnson

Meeting called to order at 5:34 pm

I. Herb made a motion to accept the minutes of February 10, 2016 as amended. Sarah seconded. Approved.

II. Herb made a motion to nominate Sarah as the secretary, Marylou seconded. Approved.

III. Sarah made a motion to nominate Marylou as the Chairman. Herb seconded. Approved.

IV. Marylou will contact Steven Stokes about meeting with the Trustees in July to review investments. Marylou will contact with a date.

V. Marylou will review the Town website and send any necessary updates.

VI. Herb made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Sarah seconded. Approved.
