August 8, 2018

6:00 PM

Epsom Library

Present: Val Long, Deb Sargent, Chuck Driesbach, Virginia Drew, Norm Yeaton, Cheryl Gilpatrick.

Public: No public members in attendance

Review and Adoption of Minutes

Norm made a motion to accept the July 18th minutes as amended and Chuck seconded. These final minutes will be sent to Virginia for posting to the Town website.

II. Survey and Listening Session Data Discussion

Listening session - Cheryl handed out the listening session attendees (but will update with new information). She also handed out the listening session notes that have been compiled. Val will write a summary of Q.1 & Q.2; Virginia will write summaries of Q.3 & Q.4; and Chuck will write a summary of Q. 5.

Val has compiled the SurveyMonkey survey report and Cheryl has done additional work interpreting the survey. Cheryl will make copies of the report for our meeting with the BOS. This basic survey report is ready and can be presented to the selectmen. Our goal is to have summaries of the listening session data ready to present to the BOS as well.

III. Schedule Information Sessions

We will be asking the BOS about holding these sessions at specific events. Cheryl mentioned that when we have tours we should have fact sheet and accompanying listening session.

IV. Discuss OMHRC Participation at 125th Library Event to Promote the Old Meeting House in October.

In October the library will have tours of historic areas and buildings throughout the Town. We should open the Old Meeting House for the public.

Also, there is a September 8th Touch-a-Truck event at the library where we could bring people to the meeting house. We will meet to organize this.
