National Flood Insurance Program Regulation 65.7(b)(1) Notice

The Town of Epsom Zoning Compliance Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Town's intent to revise the floodway, generally located between Short Falls Road and US Route 4 (Dover Road). Specifically, the floodway shall be revised from a point approximately 790 feet upstream of Short Falls Road to a point approximately 1,000 feet upstream of US Route 4.

As a result of the revision along the Suncook River and the Little Suncook River, the floodway shall widen and narrow, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.
